Bosch and I am an attorney who represents injured workers throughout Minnesota for their workers' compensation claims. I've practiced since 1993 solely in the area of workers' compensation and I only represent injured workers. I am AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell which means:</div><div><br /></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11px; "><b>AV® Peer Review Rating</b> — An AV® certification mark is a significant rating accomplishment - a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence. A lawyer must be admitted to the bar for 10 years or more to receive an AV® rating.</span><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>I have also been recognized multiple times for inclusion in the list of "Super Lawyers" published by the Minnesota Journal of Law and Politics and was included as a "Top 40" workers' compensation attorney by that same publication.</div><div><br /></div><div>That said, I try to keep things simple and friendly. I pride myself in the individual care I devote to every one of my client's claims. I personally handle every aspect of my client's claims, I try to promptly return phone calls, and I communicate with my clients as directly and clearly as possible. I never forget that my clients hire me because they need help during a difficult time, and even after their cases are done, I always remember their stories and value those relationships.</div><div><br /></div><div>Oh, and I fight for every penny my clients have coming to them, including wage loss benefits, medical and chiropractic benefits, vocational rehabilitation assistance and retraining benefits, and permanent partial disability benefits.
